About the role
We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our Houston team, working on residential projects. This position can be part‑time or full‑time and involves on‑site collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs and detailed construction drawings for residential projects.
- Select interior finishes and coordinate interior design elements.
- Visit job sites, meet with subcontractors, and ensure design continuity.
- Collaborate with the design team to align projects with client vision and the firm’s design principles.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Experience with rendering software.
- Ability to produce construction drawings and technical documentation.
- Solid drawing and artistic abilities.
