Architectural Designer - Industrial Projects

About the role

An integrated design and construction platform is looking for an Architectural Designer with strong technical expertise and a collaborative mindset. Architects work alongside development, construction and real estate professionals on projects from concept through completion, and the role offers full project exposure with growth toward a project leadership position.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, architects, project managers, consultants and construction teams to develop coordinated design and construction documentation.
• Contribute to all project phases, from programming and design development through construction administration.
• Produce comprehensive design documentation aligned with project goals, schedules, budgets and quality standards.
• Lead and take part in design meetings, consultant coordination and project team discussions.
• Mentor junior staff, support team development, quality assurance and successful project delivery.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional architectural design experience with strong technical and project coordination capabilities.
• Professional degree in Architecture (Bachelor's or Master's) or a related technical degree.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
• Building codes, construction documentation and constructability review.
• Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, SketchUp and Bluebeam.
• LEED AP or WELL AP credentials are highly desirable.
