Architect Project Manager – New York City

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect Project Manager to lead architectural projects from concept through construction in our New York City office. You will work within a collaborative, design‑focused team and manage all phases of project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects through design and construction phases.
• Coordinate project teams, consultants, and client communications.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Produce and oversee technical documentation and construction drawings.
• Lead coordination with engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative studio environment.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and construction administration activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience managing projects from design through construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction documentation and detailing.
• Architectural licensure preferred but not required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
