About the role

We are a boutique, collaborative architecture studio in New York City seeking an experienced architect to lead civic and institutional projects that directly serve communities. The practice is award‑winning, woman‑owned, and recognized for inclusive design that blends physical and social sustainability.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead projects from concept through construction across all phases.
  • Manage client and consultant coordination.
  • Oversee schedules, budgets, and team workflow.
  • Contribute to design development and construction documentation.
  • Mentor junior staff and foster a supportive studio culture.

Required profile

  • Professional degree in Architecture.
  • 7+ years of experience, preferably in a small or mid‑size firm.
  • Strong design and technical abilities.
  • Revit proficiency required.
  • NY licensure preferred.
