Architect – Healthcare Facilities

About the role

We are seeking a licensed architect to lead the design and delivery of healthcare facilities in Los Angeles. The role is fully on-site and focuses on creating functional, compliant, and patient-centered environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for hospitals, clinics, and related medical buildings.
• Produce construction documents, drawings, and specifications using industry-standard software.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure designs meet AIA standards, local building codes, and healthcare regulations.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify compliance and address design issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional architectural experience.
• AIA licensure is mandatory.
• Experience or strong interest in medical/healthcare facility design is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Los Angeles.
