Architect – Custom Homes Studio

About the role

EVstudio is seeking a client‑focused Architect to join its Custom Homes studio. You will work on residential projects from concept through construction, building strong client relationships and delivering high‑quality design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand client relationships throughout project lifecycles.
• Guide architectural projects from pursuit to delivery, ensuring design excellence.
• Draft construction documents for custom home and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and senior designers to meet client standards.
• Update plan sets and revisions in Revit, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD, applying redlines and maintaining model accuracy.
• Support the design of new projects across Colorado’s Front Range and beyond.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of architectural experience, including client‑facing roles.
• Proven success on residential projects and knowledge of the local market.
• Leadership abilities and a team‑first mindset.
• Experience in commercial, multi‑family, or municipal design is a plus but not required.

• Base salary $50,000–$80,000 (USD) per year, based on experience.
