Architect – Commercial & Workplace Interiors

About the role

Our client, a well‑established architecture and interior design firm in Midtown Manhattan, is expanding its commercial interiors team. The role offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of workplace, corporate office, retail, and store planning projects for high‑profile clients.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all design phases: programming, space planning, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants and manage construction administration activities.
• Interact with clients, mentor junior staff, and help schedule and coordinate project timelines as experience permits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent professional degree).
• Experience on commercial workplace, corporate interior, and preferably retail/store projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit.
• Proven ability to produce construction documents and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and deadline‑management skills.
