Architect – Aviation Market

About the role

Gresham Smith is seeking an experienced architect to join its Aviation Market team. You will work on a variety of aviation and commercial projects, guiding them from concept through construction while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop schematic, design development, and construction documents for aviation projects.
• Prepare presentation drawings, specifications, and project narratives.
• Research and select appropriate materials and finishes.
• Coordinate design reviews, construction submittals, and construction administration.
• Analyze client needs and deliver architectural solutions that meet functional and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in aviation or commercial architecture.
• Bachelor of Architecture (or a 4‑year degree with a Master of Architecture).
• Licensed architect with aviation design experience.
• Demonstrated curiosity, creativity, and a collaborative mindset.
