Apprentice Jeweler – Entry Level Position

About the role

Join Signet Jewelers' Field Design & Service Center team in Tyler, TX as an Apprentice Jeweler. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on training in jewelry administration, polishing, and basic repair while you work toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.

Key responsibilities

• Perform administrative and clerical tasks, including customer service and order tracking.
• Photograph jewelry pieces for intake and inventory management.
• Assist with polishing, quality control, and basic jewelry repair.
• Support shipping and receiving operations.
• Learn stone setting, sizing, and other specialized techniques under senior jewelers.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with occasional nights and weekends.
• Passion for learning the jewelry trade and delivering a customer‑first experience.
