Appointment Setter – Sales Focus

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our fast‑growing marketing agency in Celebration, Florida. You will work with warm leads that have already expressed interest in our coaching and consulting services, turning conversations into qualified appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with inbound leads, referrals and warm contacts – no cold prospecting.
• Book qualified appointments for our coaching and consulting services.
• Nurture leads via phone, direct message, text and email to move them through the sales funnel.
• Use and improve existing scripts and frameworks.
• Track activity, follow‑up timelines and lead notes in our CRM.
• Consistently meet weekly and monthly booking targets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, appointment setting or customer‑facing roles (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident and clear speaking style.
• Motivated, coachable and comfortable working toward weekly goals.
• Detail‑oriented and organized; ensures no leads slip through the cracks.
• Desire to grow into higher‑level sales roles within the company.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
