Appointment Setter – Remote

About the role

SG Services is looking for motivated Appointment Setters to join its fully remote sales development team. You will help B2B clients across multiple industries connect with decision‑makers and create qualified sales opportunities through outbound outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers in target companies.
• Schedule qualified sales appointments for clients and internal sales teams.
• Follow approved outreach scripts and messaging campaigns.
• Maintain accurate activity records in CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed weekly appointment‑setting and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine campaign performance and lead quality.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Computer with at least 8 GB RAM and an Intel i3 processor (or equivalent).
• Internet speed of 30 Mbps or higher, with a backup connection.
• Backup computer or device available for technical issues.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn for prospecting.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Knowledge of sales engagement platforms.
