Appointment Setter – In‑Office Call Center (Grapevine, TX)

About the role

Statewide Remodeling is seeking energetic Appointment Setters to work from its Grapevine, TX call center. In this in‑person position you will engage customers through outbound and inbound calls, schedule free in‑home remodeling consultations, and promote the company’s services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls using warm‑generated leads.
• Handle inbound inquiries and guide callers toward scheduling a consultation.
• Set up free in‑home appointments across multiple contact channels.
• Promote remodeling products and services to prospective and existing clients.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain accurate call records.

Required profile

• Experience conducting outbound and inbound phone calls.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent computer/phone proficiency.
• Positive, flexible, persuasive, and high‑energy attitude.
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
• Availability Monday‑Friday 9 am‑7 pm (or 10 am‑7 pm) with occasional weekend shifts.
• Pass a criminal background check.
