Appointment Setter – Customer‑Focused BDC Agent

About the role

Clay Cooley Auto Group is looking for energetic, customer‑focused Appointment Setters (BDC Agents) to create strong first impressions and drive traffic to its dealerships. You will manage inbound calls and online leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospects to support sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and internet inquiries.
• Answer customer questions, provide information, and schedule dealership appointments.
• Use CRM and lead‑management tools to update records, monitor interest, and track inquiries.
• Contact internet leads and previous customers to set or confirm appointments and resolve concerns.
• Coordinate with dealership teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Inform customers about promotions, specials, and incentive programs.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer and phone abilities.
• General automotive product knowledge (pay based on experience).
• Ability to complete onboarding within a few days of applying.
• Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the United States.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software.
• Familiarity with lead‑management tools.
