Applied AI Engineer

About the role

Console is looking for an Applied AI Engineer to own and evolve its core agent loop and AI workflows. You will work closely with product and leadership to ship fast, build resilient systems, and shape the future of autonomous enterprise operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve intelligent agents that automate back‑office tasks.
• Create copilot‑style workflows that boost human productivity.
• Treat agent quality as a first‑class machine‑learning optimization problem using real usage data.
• Take ideas from concept to production, delivering category‑defining product capabilities.

Required profile

• 4+ years of software engineering experience focused on applied AI products.
• Proven track record of shipping agentic systems used by real users.
• Comfortable across the stack and able to debug production systems.
• Strong product sense and ownership mindset.
