Application Specialist – Solid Round Tool (US Southeast)

About the role

Sandvik Coromant is seeking an Application Specialist for its Solid Round Tool (SRT) portfolio in the US Southeast region. The role focuses on supporting aerospace frame customers, delivering tailored tooling solutions, and expanding market share.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with aero‑frame customers in the Southeast US.
• Present the full Coromant product and service offering for assembly processes.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow market share.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver complete customer solutions.
• Provide technical consulting on CNC machining and tooling applications.
• Maintain and optimise the sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Required profile

• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Hands‑on experience with CNC machining, CAD/CAM, and cutting tools.
• Proven success in technical sales or customer‑facing roles.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (≈10% overnight).
