About the role

This role will work closely with customers to deliver innovative application solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of customer technologies and critical gaps, guiding the work cycle through solution implementation.
• Technically lead complex application activities and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Lead execution teams for site evaluations, demos, and statements of work, ensuring schedule commitment.
• Interface with customers to analyze technical requirements and define schedules.
• Define and approve product application support plans for installations.
• Create and lead new methodologies to optimize system performance for specific applications.
• Analyze, develop, and transfer new application capabilities from product division to customer support teams.
• Lead customer technical review meetings.

Required profile

• Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline with basic knowledge of related fields.
• Knowledge of best practices, integration points across areas, and awareness of market competition.
• Acts as a resource for less‑experienced colleagues and may lead small, manageable projects.
• Solves complex problems, brings fresh perspectives, and exercises sound judgment.
• Impacts a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own and related teams.
• Effectively communicates difficult or sensitive information and builds consensus.
