Application Developer (Microsoft .NET)

About the role

We are looking for an Application Developer to join our enterprise‑level team in Clayton, MO. You will design, develop, test and maintain custom Microsoft‑based solutions that support our core ERP and the U.S. supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain custom technology solutions on a Microsoft platform.
• Build new applications or modify existing ones to satisfy business needs, initiatives, or resolve problems.
• Work directly with end users on smaller projects to gather requirements, design, test, and implement workable solutions.
• Provide direction to external developers on larger projects and execute post‑go‑live support.
• Develop and maintain applications that support core ERP business functionality.
• Work with web services, messaging, and stored procedures.
• Utilize Microsoft toolset and development standards (TFS, Visual Studio, Smart Client applications).
• Partner with business operations to strategize company needs and fine‑tune results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience working as a developer.
• Experience delivering Microsoft .NET solutions.
