Application Developer II – 24/7 Monitoring & Incident Response

About the role

This position supports a portfolio of customer‑facing applications that run 24/7 across web, desktop, workflow, document management and telephony platforms. You will work closely with development, infrastructure and vendor teams to ensure high availability and rapid incident resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor alerts and incidents in ServiceNow and coordinate resolution across application, infrastructure and vendor teams.
• Review logs and monitoring data to validate root causes, confirm recovery and document findings.
• Participate in live production incident bridges, providing clear technical updates and driving issues to closure.
• Identify recurring patterns to implement long‑term fixes and reduce alert noise.
• Maintain operational ownership of critical systems and meet defined SLAs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in application development, systems testing or related support roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication, patience with users, and ability to work under pressure.
• Critical thinking, ability to break down complex issues and handle shifting priorities.
