Application Developer – Full-Stack (TypeScript/React)

About the role

Campana & Schott is looking for a full‑time Application Developer to join a small, fast‑moving consulting team in New York. You will work closely with the primary architect to deliver customer‑facing features and strengthen a data‑readiness platform for enterprise deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Build full‑stack features across a TypeScript, Express, React and PostgreSQL codebase, from API to UI.
• Develop assessment logic that translates FAIR principles, semantic layers and ontologies into scoring, validation and remediation features.
• Use AI‑assisted tooling such as Claude Code as a core part of the development workflow.
• Harden the platform for enterprise use, including security, audit trails, regulated‑industry compliance and on‑premise/private‑cloud deployment.
• Integrate external systems like data lakehouses, catalogs and knowledge‑graph stores.
• Write clean, strongly typed, well‑tested and maintainable code.
• Partner with the founder on roadmap, architecture and technical trade‑offs.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability and willingness to work onsite in New York.
• Ability to collaborate closely with senior architects and founders.
• Enthusiasm for building innovative digital solutions in the healthcare and pharmaceutical consulting space.
