Application Developer – Financial Services (Hybrid)

About the role

Osaic is seeking an Application Developer to join its Product Delivery and Architecture organization. You will work on web‑based applications that serve over 11,000 financial professionals, using Microsoft Azure.NET, and AI tools. The position follows a hybrid schedule with a minimum of four days per week on site at one of the company hubs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Compliance, and Operations teams to design and deliver best‑in‑class software.
• Participate in Scaled Agile engineering practices and Agile ceremonies.
• Analyze functional and business requirements and translate them into development specifications.
• Design, code, unit test, debug, and document reusable source code.
• Develop solutions using C#.NET.NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework, and Angular.
• Build and deploy applications using DevOps practices (CI/CD) and maintain code versions via Git.
• Write optimized SQL queries and maintain database objects such as tables, views, functions, constraints, and keys.
• Create testing scenarios and automated scripts for user sign‑off and ensure smooth deployments.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert on enterprise solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred; high school diploma with significant experience may be considered.
• Willingness to work on‑site at one of the listed hubs (La Vista, NE; Scottsdale, AZ; or Atlanta, GA) on a hybrid schedule.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups.
