Antiterrorism & Physical Security Subject Matter Expert

About the role

Ethic Tech is looking for an Antiterrorism & Physical Security Subject Matter Expert to support U.S. Army Special Operations Command at Camp Williams, UT. The SME will work with units such as the 19th SFG, 20th SFG, and the 75th Ranger Regiment, integrating antiterrorism, physical security and OPSEC into their mission cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and synchronize operational plans, orders, and standard operating procedures reflecting current threat environments.
• Conduct comprehensive physical security inspections and risk assessments of government facilities and remote sites.
• Maintain and update security data across NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, SOCRATES, and JIANT platforms.
• Manage ATCTS and JSIVA reporting to ensure full compliance with AR 525‑13 and USSOCOM Directive 525‑4.
• Assist the Government ATO in planning and delivering unit‑level AT/PS training and iWATCH briefings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent military experience.
• At least four years of government contracting experience or active‑duty service at the E‑5 level or above, plus a minimum of ten years of military experience, preferably in a SOF‑centric environment.
• Recent completion (within 36 months) of a DA‑approved Antiterrorism Level II course and the Conventional Physical Security Course.
• U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility based on a recent T5 investigation.
• Ability to pass E‑Verify and NCIC III/Terrorist Database screening.

Required skills

• Experience with NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, SOCRATES, and JIANT security information systems.
• Knowledge of ATCTS and JSIVA reporting processes.
• Proficiency in developing OPLANs, OPRDs, and SOPs.
