Antiterrorism & Physical Security Subject Matter Expert

About the role

Ethic Tech LLC is looking for a high‑caliber Antiterrorism & Physical Security (AT/PS) Subject Matter Expert to support U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) units. The SME will work onsite at Fort Moore, GA, providing expertise to the 19th SFG, 20th SFG, or 75th Ranger Regiment and ensuring the integration of antiterrorism, physical security, and OPSEC across the mission cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and synchronize operational plans, OPRDs, and SOPs aligned with current threat environments and deployment cycles.
• Conduct comprehensive physical security inspections and risk assessments of government facilities and geographically separated sites.
• Maintain and update security data in NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, SOCRATES, and JIANT platforms.
• Manage ATCTS and JSIVA reporting to ensure 100% compliance with AR 525‑13 and USSOCOM Directive 525‑4.
• Assist the Government ATO in planning and delivering unit‑level AT/PS training and iWATCH briefings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum ten (10) years of military experience, preferably in a SOF‑centric environment.
• Active‑duty or contracted experience at the E‑5 level or above.
• Recent completion (within 36 months) of a DA‑approved Antiterrorism Level II Course and the Conventional Physical Security Course.
• U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency with NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, SOCRATES, and JIANT security platforms.
• Experience conducting vulnerability assessments and physical security inspections.
• Knowledge of ATCTS and JSIVA reporting requirements.
