About the role
The Andaz Host is the welcoming face of Hyatt’s Andaz concept, responsible for checking guests in, sharing hotel services and promotions, and ensuring a memorable stay. This high‑visibility position involves casual conversations with guests and directly shaping their experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the guest registration and check‑in process.
- Communicate hotel services, amenities, and promotional offers.
- Process various forms of payment accurately.
- Answer guest inquiries and resolve basic issues.
- Maintain a professional and friendly presence as the brand ambassador.
Required profile
- A genuine desire to meet the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods during shifts.
