Analytics Team Lead

About the role

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an Analytics Team Lead to drive fraud‑detection analytics using its real‑time decision platform. The role blends technical analysis with project leadership to deliver actionable insights that reduce fraud losses and improve customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end analytics workstreams: define scope, plan deliverables, align stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor analysts and partners, providing day‑to‑day guidance without direct people‑management responsibility.
• Perform data analysis to uncover high‑risk and trusted behaviours, translating findings into rules, policies and score optimisations.
• Design, test and deploy single‑ and multi‑product solutions on the Dynamic Decision Platform.
• Monitor emerging fraud trends and propose innovative detection approaches.
• Create clear, compelling presentations and narratives for customers and prospects.
• Develop and standardise reusable assets such as analytics playbooks, scripts and reporting templates to scale delivery across the professional services team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data analysis, fraud detection and analytics project leadership.
• Strong ability to translate complex data findings into business‑focused recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Capacity to inspire and coach team members toward best‑practice analytics.
