Analytics Senior Associate – Deals (Summer/Fall 2027)

About the role

As an Analytics Senior Associate in the Deals – DTDS practice, you will support clients through mergers, acquisitions and other strategic transactions. You will apply advanced data analysis to uncover insights that drive value, mitigate risk and inform decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct complex data analyses and develop algorithms to support transaction advisory.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to create unified analytical views.
• Build and maintain data pipelines ensuring efficient data flow and accessibility.
• Apply machine‑learning techniques to enhance predictive modeling and risk assessment.
• Use Python for data manipulation, model development and client‑focused analytics.
• Create visualizations and dashboards that communicate key performance indicators.
• Identify contract risks, obligations and compliance indicators through analytics.
• Mentor junior team members and uphold professional standards.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on client impact.
