Analytics Engineer

About the role

The Analytics Engineer joins Lantern’s centralized Analytics Center of Excellence to design, build, test, and maintain shared analytical data models. This role enables a distributed analytics community to self‑serve insights confidently, supporting the company’s mission to deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective specialty care.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, release, and maintain reusable analytical data models.
• Partner with analysts and analytics leaders to surface common data needs and close gaps.
• Improve the reliability, consistency, and scalability of analytics across the organization.
• Enable self‑service analytics by providing clear documentation and best‑practice guidance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data solutions align with business objectives.
