Analyst Sales Support

About the role

TransUnion is looking for an Analyst Sales Support to provide administrative, operational and analytical assistance to the commercial area. The role works closely with Sales, Finance and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes, accurate data management and high‑quality service to internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to the sales organization.
• Coordinate commercial activities and processes with cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain and update commercial databases and information accurately and on time.
• Track sales‑related processes, including quotations, contracts, billing and client accounts.
• Support and update information in Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations and other departments to ensure correct execution of commercial processes.
• Prepare reports, analyses and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
• Deliver high‑level service to strategic customers and accounts.
• Manage multiple projects, tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing commercial processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of Ariba or equivalent procurement tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
