About the role
Arevon is seeking a detail‑oriented Analyst to support the full lifecycle of commercial contracts for utility‑scale solar and energy‑storage projects. The role provides hands‑on experience in drafting, redlining, version control, and execution support under the guidance of senior contract managers.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with contract intake, scoping, drafting, and redline management for EPC, O&M, equipment supply, master terms, amendments, and change orders.
- Coordinate stakeholder inputs across Legal, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, Construction, Tax, Risk, Insurance, and Asset Management.
- Prepare negotiation materials, issue trackers, redline summaries, fallback positions, and risk notes for manager review.
- Maintain accurate version control, approval status tracking, and post‑execution documentation.
- Support execution activities, including signature collection and filing of final contracts.
Required profile
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time‑sensitive tasks and follow‑through on multiple workstreams.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external counterparties.
- Interest in building foundational commercial contracting expertise within the renewable energy sector.
