Analyst, Merchandising - Jewelry

About the role
The Analyst will work closely with the Merchandising team to ensure optimal store inventory levels and profitable merchandise assortments across a global salon network. This position supports salons, collaborates with cross‑functional partners, and helps drive sales through effective inventory management.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with salons to facilitate merchandise transfers and fulfill client requests.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate shipment of goods.
- Manage daily and weekly stock allocation and replenishment across the global salon network.
- Rebalance inventory based on market demand to maintain healthy stock levels.
- Conduct daily sales reviews and execute stock allocations for new launches, salon openings, and re‑openings.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and managers to review assortment parameters and develop product distribution strategies.
- Analyze stock and sales performance, reporting on store‑specific and regional trends.
- Support inventory fulfillment for marketing initiatives and special projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2–3 years of merchandising or planning experience.
- Experience in luxury retail or jewelry is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships across functions.
- Self‑starter who can work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
