Americas Flow Optimization Lead

About the role

The Americas Flow Optimization Lead is responsible for end‑to‑end flow design and lane‑level planning across the Americas distribution and transportation network, with a primary focus on the LATAM market. The role translates demand and supply signals into actionable distribution plans (0‑24 months), optimises mode mix, and identifies risks and opportunities to improve cost‑to‑serve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supply and capacity planning for owned and 3PL distribution centres and transportation partners serving LATAM.
• Provide accurate, timely visibility of capacity constraints, risks and trade‑offs across the Deliver network.
• Support regional Deliver teams in executing capacity and labour plans aligned with business priorities.
• Design optimal freight flow, align distribution capacity, and drive scenario‑based analytics.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to translate demand‑supply signals into lane‑level plans and proactively manage inbound and outbound flows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain planning, logistics or transportation network optimisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in advanced analytics and scenario modelling.
• Ability to work across multiple geographies and coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Excellent communication skills to influence decision‑making at enterprise level.
