All‑Source Analyst – Cyber & AI

About the role

AnaVation is seeking an All‑Source Analyst with deep cyber and artificial‑intelligence expertise to support national‑security missions. The role is full‑time, on‑site at Fort Meade, Maryland, and involves partnering with intelligence and cybersecurity experts to produce actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop advanced analytic products that combine cyber‑threat fusion and AI‑driven data to document attacks, vulnerabilities, and emerging threat vectors.
• Research, evaluate, and synthesize all‑source intelligence, including AI‑generated assessments, with a focus on network operations and cyber‑warfare tactics.
• Analyze network events and AI alerts, assess operational impacts, and design technical solutions using industry best practices.
• Advise government stakeholders on complex challenges and guide AI‑centric initiative implementation.
• Conduct comprehensive all‑source analysis to determine adversary capabilities and intent, enhancing proactive cyber defense.

Required profile

• U.S. citizen with an active SCI clearance (within the last 2 years).
• 5+ years supporting military or intelligence missions, preferably in DoD, IC, or combatant‑command environments.
• Strong grasp of the intelligence cycle, analytic tradecraft, and collection disciplines.
• Familiarity with cyber‑threat landscapes, network operations, and adversary cyber‑warfare tactics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for briefing senior leaders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with analytic databases and tools such as M3, Palantir, Analyst Notebook, TIPs, and other cyber‑analytic platforms.
• Ability to synthesize large volumes of technical and non‑technical data, including AI‑generated assessments.
