About the role
The Georgia Department of Community Affairs is seeking an Allocation Analyst to support the administration of the state’s Low‑Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs. This role focuses on the annual competitive and threshold application cycles for both the 4% and 9% credit allocations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and preparing the annual competitive and threshold application processes.
- Intake, review, and evaluate applications for compliance with LIHTC program requirements.
- Implement policy guidelines and ensure timely processing of allocations.
- Conduct funding‑cycle analysis to monitor program performance and integrity.
- Collaborate with the Allocation Manager and team members to maintain efficient operations.
