About the role

The Hall Campus of Lanier Technical College seeks a full‑time Allied Health Science and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Instructor. You will join a dynamic team dedicated to preparing students for rewarding careers in health care.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, schedule, and teach Allied Health Science and CNA courses on the Hall Campus.
• Supervise students in classroom and laboratory environments.
• Develop and evaluate instructional plans and assess student competencies.
• Handle administrative duties such as course scheduling, performance reporting, and data collection for program outcomes.
• Advise students, assist with recruitment, orientation, and graduation events.
• Participate in budget preparation, fiscal administration, and advisory committee meetings.

Required profile

• Technical diploma in a medical or health‑science field from a regionally accredited institution.
• Current Georgia LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Demonstrated ability to teach and assess health‑science curricula.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
