All Source Analyst (SCADA)

About the role

We are seeking an All Source Analyst with deep expertise in Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) to support national‑security missions at Fort Meade, Maryland. The analyst will work alongside intelligence and cyber‑security specialists to provide actionable insight into threats targeting industrial control systems and critical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct all‑source intelligence analysis focused on SCADA, OT and critical infrastructure networks.
• Integrate traditional intelligence reporting with technical cyber data and SCADA/OT insights to assess threats to U.S. and DoD systems.
• Evaluate adversary capabilities, identify emerging vulnerabilities, and support indications and warning for SCADA/OT environments.
• Produce briefings and written assessments for senior‑level audiences.
• Leverage intelligence and analytic tools such as M3, Palantir, Analyst Notebook, and specialized ICS security platforms.

Required profile

• U.S. citizen with a current SCI clearance (within 2 years) and ability to obtain a polygraph.
• Five or more years of experience supporting military or intelligence missions.
• Proven experience in all‑source analysis within DoD, IC or combatant command settings.
• Familiarity with SCADA/ICS/OT architectures and common protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC, BACnet).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior leaders.
