Algorithm Developer IV

About the role

The Algorithm Developer IV will lead the design, development, and implementation of major algorithmic modules and flows for semiconductor equipment. This role involves research, data analysis, and close collaboration with internal and external customers to deliver innovative algorithmic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead major algorithmic modules or flows, including Matlab‑based components, from concept through implementation and testing.
• Perform algorithmic C&F (concept, feasibility) activities such as problem analysis, data gathering, literature review, and evaluation of implementation constraints.
• Create detailed work plans, document development processes, and manage integration and testing of algorithmic solutions.
• Interact with customers to identify gaps, define activities, collect data, and support deployment of algorithmic features.
• Act as a technical tutor, guiding other algorithm developers and evaluating new technologies and competitor solutions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated depth of expertise in algorithm development and related scientific disciplines.
• Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products and processes.
• Leadership experience guiding functional teams or projects with moderate complexity.
