Algorithm Developer III

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Algorithm Developer to work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, theoretical physics, and semiconductor manufacturing. In this position you will create next‑generation data‑driven solutions that ingest sensor data, uncover physics‑based relationships, and build predictive and control models for real‑time process optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines that collect, process, and analyze high‑volume sensor data from semiconductor equipment.
• Identify and model underlying physical relationships governing complex process behavior.
• Develop predictive and control algorithms using a hybrid of first‑principles physics models and machine‑learning techniques such as physics‑informed neural networks.
• Build robust, maintainable software modules that integrate with manufacturing tools and control systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, software developers, and data scientists to accelerate technology deployment.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Physics, Applied Mathematics, Computational Chemistry, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, or a Master’s degree with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Strong foundation in theoretical and computational science combined with practical software‑engineering experience.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex algorithms into clean, scalable, production‑ready code.

Required skills

• Machine learning and statistical modeling.
• Design of data pipelines for large‑scale sensor data.
• Physics‑informed neural networks (PINNs) or similar physics‑based ML techniques.
