Alcohol Compliance Representative

About the role

Legends Global is hiring an Alcohol Compliance Representative for its venue at Coastal Credit Union Music Park in Raleigh. Working under the direction of management, the representative ensures responsible service of alcohol throughout the building in line with state and company policies, assists staff with alcohol-related issues and monitors employees' adherence to the Legends Alcohol Policy.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the serving of alcohol by game-day staff and ensure staff follows the alcohol service policy
• Observe and document all alcohol-related issues or violations
• Assist with alcohol cut-off and perform other duties assigned by management
• Complete inventory at assigned locations
• Maintain a clean, neat and safe work area and provide personal service to guests
• Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments
• Follow a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays

Required profile

• Experience in a fast-paced environment; some alcohol compliance experience preferred
• Ability to interact with guests and staff, and to work under pressure and adapt to change
• Punctual, dependable, detail-oriented and able to prioritize
• Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services
• Physical ability to walk long distances, stand for long periods, and lift up to 30 pounds

Required skills

• Extensive knowledge of the food and beverage menu, specials and services
• Knowledge of the venue layout and assigned area
• Ability to operate safely and follow safety policies and training
