AI/ML Engineer (TS/SCI with CI Poly)

About the role

ARKA Group L.P. is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to develop cutting‑edge algorithms for defense, intelligence, and commercial space customers. The role can be based on‑site in Aurora, CO or King of Prussia, PA and offers flexible scheduling, relocation assistance, and potential sign‑on bonuses.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with a small team of developers and researchers to prototype and implement AI/ML solutions.
• Analyze large multi‑domain datasets (images, text, graphs) to extract relevant features and build predictive models.
• Use cloud platforms to train, evaluate, and deploy machine‑learning models.
• Stay current with academic publications and apply state‑of‑the‑art techniques to mission‑critical problems.
• Produce technical documentation, code comments, and user guides.

Required profile

• Effective communicator with strong written and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience developing AI/ML algorithms.
• Eligibility for TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.

Required skills

• Python programming.
