About the role

MCI is seeking an experienced AI Workflow Automation Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI‑driven automation solutions across the organization. The role focuses on identifying automation opportunities, managing programs, and delivering measurable operational value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI workflow automation strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify, prioritize, and govern automation projects.
• Design scalable AI‑powered workflow solutions and support architecture activities.
• Manage automation initiatives from concept through delivery, including timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
• Define success metrics, monitor performance, and produce dashboards and reports.
• Drive continuous improvement and evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies.
