AI Training Specialist – Remote (up to $80/hr)

About the role

We are looking for an AI Training Specialist to design detailed personas and digital environments that challenge AI agents. This fully remote contract role involves creating, testing, and refining scenarios that improve AI reasoning, filtering, and prioritisation.

Key responsibilities

• Build richly detailed personas and simulated environments using tools such as Gmail, Slack, Calendar, WhatsApp, and Google Drive.
• Write tasks that test an AI agent’s ability to reason, filter, and prioritize.
• Run agents against scenarios, evaluate performance, and guide them to success with structured hints.
• Document work clearly in Airtable and Crucible.
• Work independently and manage your own workflow efficiently.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree.
• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Comfort with structured tools such as JSON editors, Airtable, and AI platforms.
• Experience in copywriting, UX writing, journalism, product management, or account management is a plus.
• Background in world‑building, game design, or UX research is a plus.
