AI Trainer - Talent Pool

About the role

MCI is seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical AI Trainer to help improve the performance, accuracy, and effectiveness of AI systems and Large Language Models (LLMs). The role involves evaluating AI outputs, creating training datasets, refining model behavior, and supporting continuous improvement of AI‑powered products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Support AI system development through structured training and evaluation activities.
• Train AI models using defined methodologies and assess generated responses for quality, relevance, and accuracy.
• Identify trends, weaknesses, and areas for model improvement and contribute to behavior refinement.
• Create and maintain high‑quality training datasets, collaborate with annotation teams, and validate labeled data.
• Evaluate prompt effectiveness across use cases, identify improvement opportunities, and assist with prompt testing and optimization.
• Conduct structured evaluations of AI outputs, monitor performance against benchmarks, and document findings and recommendations.

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with AI engineers, prompt engineers, data annotators, and product teams.
