AI Trainer – L&D Nurse (Remote, US)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced L&D Nurse to work as an AI Trainer, helping to teach and evaluate artificial‑intelligence models that interact with healthcare professionals. The role is fully remote and open to qualified medical practitioners across the United States.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide AI chatbots with a wide variety of realistic, complex healthcare scenarios.
  • Assess the AI’s responses for clinical correctness, relevance, and overall performance.
  • Validate that model outputs meet medical‑accuracy standards and report findings.

Required profile

  • Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
  • Current or in‑progress medical degree (e.g., RN, NP, PA, MD, etc.).
  • Based in the United States and able to work as an independent contractor.

Required skills

    What we offer

    • Choose the projects you want to work on and set your own schedule.
    • Work from home on your own computer.
    • Hourly compensation of $50‑$60 USD, with bonus rates on selected projects.
    • Payments processed through PayPal, handling any currency conversion.
