AI Trainer

About the role

Mobile Mentor is seeking an AI Trainer to help organisations adopt artificial intelligence with confidence. You will work with cutting‑edge AI technologies, design engaging training programmes and enable employees at all levels to work smarter every day.

Key responsibilities

• Accelerate AI adoption by educating and inspiring users to integrate AI into daily workflows.
• Collaborate with consultants, project managers and client stakeholders to align training with business outcomes.
• Design, develop and maintain high‑quality AI training content tailored to diverse roles and technical proficiencies.
• Deliver virtual and in‑person training sessions, workshops, labs and one‑to‑one enablement.
• Customize materials based on industry, role, maturity and AI adoption goals.
• Gather feedback, continuously improve content and delivery techniques.
• Travel to customer sites, conferences or workshops as required.
• Stay up‑to‑date on AI capabilities, use cases, risks and best practices for business audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Education, Information Systems or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in AI, emerging technology, consulting or digital transformation.
• Experience delivering presentations, workshops, training or coaching in professional, academic or volunteer settings.
• Proven ability to create presentations, training materials and educational content.
• Strong verbal communication and public‑speaking skills, capable of engaging executives, managers and frontline staff.
