About the role

This remote, part‑time position involves evaluating and creating content that helps AI systems better understand workplace productivity, enterprise workflows, and knowledge‑worker tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI‑generated responses related to business operations, project management, and collaboration.
• Identify reasoning flaws, unrealistic assumptions, or gaps in operational logic.
• Compare alternative AI outputs and select the most effective recommendation.
• Provide clear written explanations supporting each evaluation.
• Follow project guidelines to ensure consistency and reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years in business operations, project management, consulting, program management, customer success, product operations, HR operations, or related fields.
• Proven experience working in cross‑functional, professional environments.
• Strong judgment about realistic enterprise practices and effective workplace behaviors.
