AI Systems Administrator (Remote, Contract-to-Hire)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI Systems Administrator to own the deployment, configuration, and ongoing operation of enterprise AI platforms. This remote, contract‑to‑hire position will support user provisioning, security administration, integrations, and adoption across a large organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise AI platforms and related management consoles.
• Configure user access, permissions, and security settings.
• Manage integrations with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, ServiceNow, and other business applications.
• Support SSO, identity management, and role‑based access controls.
• Monitor platform health, utilization, and adoption metrics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AI platform issues and escalations.
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, and Business teams to ensure compliance and governance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge‑base articles.
• Assist with enterprise AI rollout activities and end‑user adoption initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SaaS administration and identity & access management.
• Strong background with cloud technologies and emerging AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, or Google Gemini.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
