AI Strategy Director

About the role

The AI Strategy Director will partner with senior leadership to shape and execute the organization’s artificial intelligence roadmap. This hybrid position in Atlanta focuses on translating emerging AI trends into concrete business opportunities and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously refine the company’s AI strategy in line with overall business objectives.
• Monitor AI technology developments, assess risks and opportunities, and advise on their impact across products, operations, and markets.
• Lead high‑visibility, cross‑functional initiatives from concept through execution, delivering clear plans and results.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities and emerging customer needs.
• Prepare executive‑level recommendations, presentations, and decision‑support materials.
• Collaborate with technology, product, commercial, finance, and operations leaders to ensure alignment and drive implementation.
• Evaluate AI‑enabled product ideas, partnerships, investments, and new business models for commercial value.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in management consulting or a strategy‑focused role.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, influence senior stakeholders, and translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
• Strong commercial judgment and a genuine interest in artificial intelligence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills at the executive level.
