AI Security Analyst – Talent Pool

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented AI Security Analyst to join MCI’s talent pool. In this role you will help secure the company’s AI systems, machine‑learning platforms and Generative AI applications, ensuring they meet security, compliance and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct security assessments and risk analyses of AI and machine‑learning solutions, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Perform AI threat modeling, support security reviews and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor AI environments for suspicious activity, investigate incidents, and lead response and remediation efforts.
• Develop, maintain and enforce AI security policies, access controls and compliance procedures.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, infrastructure, security specialists and business stakeholders throughout the AI development lifecycle.
• Assist with audit, governance and regulatory compliance activities related to AI systems.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on identifying and mitigating security risks in AI technologies.
• Experience with security assessment, threat modeling and incident response for AI/ML environments.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance and regulatory requirements applicable to AI systems.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, infrastructure and business teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
