AI Prompt Engineer – Talent Pool

About the role

MCI is seeking a creative, analytical, and detail‑oriented Prompt Engineer to design, test, and refine prompts that enable Generative AI systems to deliver accurate and high‑quality outputs. The role supports a wide range of business use cases, including customer support, content generation, workflow automation, knowledge management, and productivity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and refine prompts that improve AI‑generated outputs across various business scenarios.
• Create reusable prompt templates and structures for customer‑facing applications.
• Test prompt variations, evaluate performance, and iterate to enhance accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
• Assess AI responses against quality standards, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Document findings, recurring issues, and optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective prompting solutions.
• Support AI testing, implementation activities, and ongoing prompt optimization projects.
