AI Product Manager – Talent Pool

About the role

MCI is seeking a strategic and customer‑focused AI Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of AI‑powered solutions. You will translate business objectives into product strategies, manage roadmaps, and ensure AI initiatives generate measurable value for customers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategic direction, and AI product roadmaps.
• Identify AI‑driven innovation opportunities and align them with business goals.
• Set product success metrics and KPIs.
• Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI products, from requirement gathering to release planning.
• Collaborate with engineering, AI, and operations teams to drive development and adoption.
• Build strong relationships across the organization and facilitate cross‑functional collaboration.
• Gather customer feedback, present recommendations to leadership, and balance competing priorities.
• Monitor product performance, analyze user adoption, and track ROI.
• Recommend enhancements, support continuous improvement, and evaluate emerging AI technologies.
• Ensure AI products remain competitive, compliant, and responsible, promoting responsible AI practices.
