About the role

Modus is seeking early‑career auditors who live and breathe AI tools. You will work on our proprietary platform to produce audit workpapers faster and at a scale that outpaces traditional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Complete audit workpapers end‑to‑end using Modus’ AI platform, delivering speed and volume beyond conventional methods.
• Pull ready‑made work from Modus’ practice management system to keep engagements moving without waiting for direction.
• Own the quality of all deliverables, collaborating with reviewers and partners through sign‑off processes.
• Drive product innovation by providing feedback that shapes the tools used by every Modus auditor.

Required profile

• Early‑career auditor with 0–4 years of experience; CPA, CPA candidate, or on‑track.
• Passionate about using AI tools to work faster and more efficiently.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations and high‑velocity environments.
• High‑energy, self‑motivated, and eager to learn.
